These terms and conditions ("Agreement") set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the "Docs™ to Markdown" application ("Application", "Service", "App", or "Add-on") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Application developer ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing and using the Application and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to this Agreement, in which case the terms "User", "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, you must not accept this Agreement and may not access and use the Application and Services.
You acknowledge that this Agreement is a contract between you and the Operator, even though it is electronic and is not physically signed by you, and it governs your use of the Application and Services.
We provide the Docs to Markdown service to the best of our ability: We use a reasonable level of skill and care to provide our services. However, we cannot guarantee that Docs to Markdown will always be available or error-free.
We make no promises about Docs to Markdown: We provide Docs to Markdown on an "as is" basis. This means that we do not make any warranties, express or implied, about the quality, performance, or suitability of Docs to Markdown for any particular purpose.
We are not liable for any damages: We will not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of data, profit, or business interruption, arising out of the use or inability to use Docs to Markdown.
We may update our privacy policy: We may update the Docs to Markdown privacy policy occasionally. If we make any material changes, we will notify you via the add-on itself, by email, or on our website.
We hope that Docs to Markdown adds value to your work experience, but we cannot guarantee that you will be satisfied with it. If you have any problems with our services, please file a bug or ask a question in the Docs to Markdown group.
